I use the information you share for three purposes only: to respond to your enquiry, to deliver and communicate about your project, and to send an invoice once the work is complete. I do not use your contact details for marketing, newsletters, or any form of outreach unless you've asked me to stay in touch.

Your contact details and project files are stored in standard business tools — primarily email, WhatsApp, and cloud storage. I do not operate a formal database of client records.
I retain project-related information for as long as is reasonably necessary — typically for the duration of the project plus a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up queries or disputes. Once that period has passed, I delete or anonymise the information where it is practical to do so.
If you would like your information deleted sooner, you can request this at any time by contacting me directly.
